A friend of mine for his birthday mentioned he need a certain fossil watch but its of $ 120 which I can't afford, Is there a cheaper but good brand that looks similar to fossil?

It will be better if u buy him a gift certificate to the place that carries the watch. That way, you are giving the amount you can afford, and he can put some of his other birthday money towards it.
