To make a hammock big enough for one person, you will need the following material:
Two pounds of hammock cord, a gauge stick. A big sized netting shuttle, two hardwood bars and two rings. Cut out a piece of twine around three feet long, and square knot the ends. Hang the loop on to something. Load the shuttle with the hammock cord. Wrap the cord around the gauge stick and pull the shuttle through the loop made in the beginning. Then make a half hitch around both sides of the beginning cord. Continue this process until twenty loops are created.
Repeat the same process for the first row, and remember to reload the shuttle as soon as it gets exhausted.25 month(s) ago
