Are Jackson Perkins brand Roses under warranty?
I bought one last year and it didnt do well now its dead, and i think they have a money back gaurantee but i dont know how to get it.

They used to guarantee up to three years, but now it is only one.
Call or email or write the company and tell them what happened. You may be able to resolve it this way.

Go back to where you purchased it. They will help.They pass the warranty on to the retailer.
