Aramark food healthy at all?
these are the options at our school's lunch1.popcorn chicken
2.buffallo chicken wrap
3.plain and pepperonia pizza
4.cheesesteak
5.cheesburger
6.double bacon cheeseburger
7.fried chicken ceaser salad
8.stromboli
9.big cookies
10.fries (w. or w/o cheese
11.curly fries
12. different variety of wraps..(include's many kinds of meats and lettuce)
IS ANYTHING ON THAT MENU HEALTHY OR AT LEAST NOT BAD FOR YOU?28 month(s) ago

1, battery and fried - not so healthy
2. wrap in pita or baked tortilla (buffalo sauce good diuretic)
3. both ok but pepperoni is bread, tomato sauce, meat & cheese 4 food groups
4. not so good steak is fried to much cheesse
5. cheese burger same as 3
6. not so healthy bacon x 2 fat
7. no skin chicken Caesar salad better
8. stromboli 1/2 is okay
9. small cookies better size of quarter
10 & 11 come on...
12 wraps are good like 2, make sure meats are not high in sodium (bologna, process meats) fresher better cuts of meats are more savory so you need less to satisfy you.

ALL foods are healthy in the proper proportions!!! Get over the thing about the fried foods not being healthy!!
If you get a serving of one of the meats, that is 3 ounces of meat - that is normal serving.
I am sure there is a salad available other than the ceasar salad? If not have it.
Everything on your list is favorite foods!
And remember!! In moderation ALL foods are healthy! I would eat everything except the potatos, but then I am diabetic and potatoes send me to the moon.28 month(s) ago

I would say the best options would be the wraps, and on occasion even the fried chicken caesar salad, cause you can take off the batter of the chicken! but for sure the wraps first!
